Refund policy

We offer up to a 100% refund on our products. If you’re unsatisfied with your photos, please give us a call so we can work together to find a solution. If we’re unable to resolve the issue, we’ll gladly offer you a refund. We kindly ask that you refrain from sending refund requests via text or email, as we’d prefer the opportunity to have a direct conversation with you to address any concerns.

Please also keep in mind that school photography is a fast-paced process. We photograph classes of students one by one within a short time frame to ensure they can return to class as quickly as possible.

If we’ve overlooked any details, rest assured it wasn’t due to a lack of care, but to the challenges inherent in school photography.
